Atrasis Ultimate is an ancient epic tale primarily in the Accadian epic category, famous for its antagonist, Atrasis. It was founded in the 18th Century BC, and it tells about the three famous Babylonian flood myths. The Artha hasis name is also noted for the famous antagonist known as the shurupak or the local hero in one of the Sumerian king lists.
What is Atrasis Ultimate?
The stories concerning Atra Basis were famous and were recorded till the reign of King Hammurabi. The oldest copy concerning the Atra Hasis can be dated back to the colophon era. The details of it can be found until the extended reign of the great-grandson of Hammurabi, i.e., Ammi Abbuka. The copies of Atra Hasis can be found till the time of 1st Millennium BC.
Another important thing is that the Atra Hasis can be found in the Assyrian version discovered in the Ashurunipal Library. Although, clear details about it can’t be ascertained due to its different writing style, which is yet to be decoded. In the chaldeon books, George Smith first did the translations of this work, and the antagonist name was later fixed to Atra Hasis in 1899 by Heinrich Zimmern.
Wilfred .G. Lambert and Alan. R. Millard was the people who have translated the best, and the recent versions about the epic story of Atra Have, the protagonist. Although very tough to crack with its very unfinished data and old language, the Akkadian style epic was very tough to crack, but they used the details from different times to translate.
The work done by them is considered as the latest and the last recorded details to have survived. Their work was released in 1965. The work done by this two has complete details about it, and they showed the way for their first English translation about the hero of the Babylonian floods, which was written in the Akkadian language. The Akkadian language was known as the language of Babylon.

From the facts, indeed, the story of Gilgamesh and the Sumerian king list the name of the flood hero was not Atra Hasis, but Utnapishtim, who is the son of Umbra Tutu. Umbra tutu was the son of king Shubarakk. From the many epic tales, it was noted that the flood took place before or after the time of Umbra tutu.
The many available artifacts about the Sumerian king list tell about the hero of Gilgamesh. Still, it never mentions the ruler Shubarak which increases the belief that the Arta Has lived or before the time of Urban tutu. However, there were no details about Atra Hasis, ubara tutu, or arthashatstra anywhere.
Still, it is mentioned that Arta Hasis was the name of the hero and the name of his father was Shubarak, who was the ruler who also was a guiding priest.
